Julie-Ann is a model for living a passionate and inspiring life.  She specializes in Team Coaching, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development programs and is an expert at using rhythm and drumming circles as a tool for team-building and experiential learning.


Julie-Ann received her Co-Active Coaches training from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco, California, and is a graduate of their intensive yearlong Leadership program.  She is recognized as a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) from the Center for Right Relationship (CRR) as well as being a professional Neuron Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLPP) and Drum Circle Facilitator (DCF).


She is qualified to facilitate Cultural Transformation Tools (core & cultural values assessments), The Leadership Circle 360, Team Diagnostics (a model to measure productivity/positivity within a team), True Colors (personality profiling tool for teams), Lead Change (working with horses for leadership) and Talent Dynamics (a business performance tool to measure trust and flow).

She is a dynamic facilitator, course designer and innovative leader in organizational and corporate culture change.  As well as being deeply committed to her clients’ success, she firmly believes that life is about taking responsibility for what you are creating, reconnecting to your inner core, your humanness and authentically honoring your values.  


Mohamed A. Abdellatif


With excess of 18 years in the pharmaceutical business, Mohamed learnt state of art Management 

and Leadership skills through several international institutes like Forum, Yukon, IMD and London Business School. Commencing his career in Oct 1998 with “Wyeth Pharmaceuticals”; having 5 years in Sales & Management then 8 years in Learning & Development. In this later role, Mohamed led dozens of programs across the Middle East, he introduced key organizational transformations especially to management development and talent retention. 

By Jan 2010, Mohamed started to manage various commercial projects, most importantly playing the role of Africa Middle East Integration Lead for Pfizer-Nutrition / Nestlé. In this role Mohamed was able to apply his capabilities in managing ambiguities and leading change.


Crowning this successful career journey in July 2014 with the job of Country Business Manager, a senior role on the Nestlé North-East Africa Executive Board. His most striking triumph was introducing a full scale transformation to his team setting a great example that was globally recognized.

As of August 2016, putting his family first, Mohamed decided to set aside his corporate career . Mohamed is now not only spending more time with his two lovely sons, but also is finally able to purse his old passion for physics with his graduate studies and an exciting teaching role in the American University in Cairo. 


Within his current capacity, Mohamed is happy to contribute with his leadership expertise as a free-lance consultant, executive coach and a lecturer for varies businesses and NGOs.



With more than 18 years’ international experience in Human resources field, life coaching and Leadership skills across many countries through several multinational organizations like USAID, Shell, L’Oréal and Georgia state university.

Hossam SOLIMAN started his career back in 1997 in Georgia state university, having 3 years in human resources Management & talent acquisition. In this position, Hossam managed people organization transformation as well as focusing on enriching the talent pool. 

​Back to Egypt 2001 joining SHELL group the world leader in Oil & GAS as HR senior Professional years and later in 2004, moved to Dubai with SHELL Group, served as an HR Service manager for the Middle East & North Africa, and took the responsibility in 2006 of Talent Acquisition & as talent acquisition manager for the Middle East in Dubai. In 2007, he served one-year assignment in Nigeria as HR Business partner where it enriched his level of experience and exposure actross the globe.  

Capitalizing on his success, he was appointed as talent development manager for L’Oréal Middle east and acting HR Director based in Dubai in 2008. Positioning the subsidiary to be recognized now among the top employers’ beauty companies in the Middle East that employs 500 people across four divisions. 

In 2011, he moved back to Egypt to establish L’Oréal EGYPT Subsidiary in CAIRO and a state of at L’Oréal factory as HR Director. In addition, growing this successful career journey, by 2018 Hossam became a certified life & Executive coach by the International Coaching federation (ICF)

Across 20 years in Human resources, of which more than 8 years in a director level role in the middle east and Egypt, Hossam SOLIMAN has built a sharp understanding of Human Resources needs in various regions, an expertise of Oil & GAS and beauty markets . Passion for developing teams & businesses.

Hossam received a master’s degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University in Atlanta- USA. , a highly reputed American prestigious university in 1999.
