Announcing change as a fait accompli and expecting staff to accept everything wholeheartedly and without question may not be the best approach. Two teams represent separate courier companies who have just merged. The third team represents a manager who realizes that the merge has thrown up some problems and so change is required. It uniquely allows participants to experience the change process and report on their feelings to open up into a wider discussion on a range of issues around managing change.
